Novasky Tech is an IT consultancy built on the principle that senior experience, direct client relationships, and clear accountability produce better outcomes than layers of management and rotating teams.
Background
More than 15 years of enterprise delivery.
Novasky Tech has spent the better part of fifteen years working inside and alongside large organisations — primarily in banking and financial services, retail, and technology — leading complex IT programmes and building the analytical and automation capabilities that support them.
Our experience spans the full delivery lifecycle: from initial business case and requirements through to go-live, transition, and post-implementation review. We have operated across programme management, business analysis, product ownership, and Power Platform architecture — often more than one of those on the same engagement.
Novasky Tech SRL was established in Bucharest in 2025 to formalise a consistent way of working: directly with clients, without intermediaries, with senior consultants accountable for outcomes from start to finish.
